If one of your students forgets the password associated with their Easel account and gets locked out, they can follow these steps to request a new password:
- From the student login page click on “Forgot your password?”
- Enter the email address that was used to create the account and click “Reset my Password.” (Do not close this window)
- Check the associated email inbox for a message from TpT with a unique code that can be used to reset the password (Note: The code will only be valid for 24 hours.)
- Go back to the login page on step 2, enter the code in the prompt, and create a new password.
If for some reason your student does not see the email in their inbox, please have them check their junk or spam folder.
