There are a few reasons why you may be receiving an error message. To resolve the issue, please ask your students to:
- Use Google Chrome as their browser to open Canvas and complete the assignment.
- Reload the assignment page in Canvas and open the assignment again.
If your students are seeing an Easel login page on Canvas, they can simply refresh their browser to access the assignment without logging in again.
