If you’d like to add a previously deactivated teacher back to your account, please:
- Find the teacher’s name in the Deactivated Accounts section on your Roster Management page
- Click on the 3 dots to the right of their name
- Select ‘Reactivate Account’
- Click the ‘Reactivate Account’ button
Teachers will not be notified that their account has been reactivated.
If you’ve distributed licenses to your teachers, any reactivated teachers will have 0 licenses, so we recommend updating their allocation once you’ve reactivated them.
